Patient Feedback Report 2016
The focus of our Patient Survey 2016 was themed around the views of our patients regarding a consultation experience with a GP or Practice Nurse at the surgery.
As a result of this year's survey we have agreed with our Patient Participation Group that we will :
- Update the information on our website and available in our waiting room regarding the surgery times of our clinical team to promote awareness of their availability and the scope of our hours of opening.
- Update our patient information leaflet 'Your appointments with us' to promote understanding around why appointment delays occur
Our report contains the detail of the feedback that we have received via the survey responses. We are grateful to all of our patients who have taken the time to provide feedback so that we can monitor and improve the service that we provide.
