You will now be able to see more detail within your medical record as part of an enhanced online service offering. This change will mean:
- New online applications will automatically have access to this enhanced information once approved by your GP
- Existing online users will need to complete an application form so that their GP can approve the enhanced settings being applied to your service
- To protect the confidentiality of patients under the age of 16, online services will no longer be available for patients under this age
Repeat Prescription Service
To register : If you would like to register with emis Patient Access for online services (to order repeat medication, book or cancel appointments and view aspects of your medical records) please refer to the online services tab on the right hand side or click on the link above.
Online services are only available to patients over the age of 16. For further information about online services please click on the link for our patient information leaflet below:

To order repeat medication :To access emis Patient Access once you have registered simply click on the link at the top of this page.
Repeat prescriptions are available 48 hours from receipt by us and may be obtained from surgery by the following methods:
Send your request by post, enclosing a stamped self addressed envelope for its return.
Fax through your request to 0161 926 9317
In person :
Leave your repeat prescription request in the box on our desk in reception.
Online (patients over 16 only) :
Refer to the online services tab on the right hand side and follow the process for registering for emis Patient Access, our online service. .
Once you have requested access, completed an application form and provided proof of address and identity your request will be reviewed and approved by your GP. You will then be able to order your repeat medication online.
All repeat medication prescriptions will be available for collection from the surgery 48 hours after you have submitted your request.
Prescriptions can also be sent to and collected from local pharmacies by arrangement.
Our Doctors must fully review all repeat prescription requests.
Please allow 48 hours notice for repeat prescriptions to be prepared.
